This simple 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home plus detached studio can sleep 9 comfortably.  There is also a den which can be converted into a 3rd bedroom.  You will not find a better location at a better price for a beachfront home!   The white sand beach affords excellent snorkeling, kayaking and swimming.   

The large courtyard is perfect for the kids to run around.

This home is the best value on Lanikai Beach.  Other homes in the area rent for at least double our rate!

Prices will range depending on the season & occupancy rate.

Rental rate: $3,985.00 - 4,250.00 /week, or  $650.00/night with a 5 night minimum stay.  Rates vary depending on season and length of stay.  For parties exceeding 8 people, please add $125 per person/per week of the rental.

 A cleaning fee of $285.00 -325.00 and a tax of 11.4% will be added to the rental rate.  A deposit of $500.00 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price.

 Money orders, personal checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
