Prices will range depending on the season & occupancy rate. A cleaning fee of  $65  and a tax of 11.4% will be added to the rental rate.  A deposit of $250.00 per week of rental is required to secure the reservation and will be applied to the final rental price. Money orders, personal checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
